How long have you been in the real estate industry?
I have been in the real estate industry for 24+ years.

What made you decide to become a realtor?
“Previously I was in sales and decided that I wanted to continue in the industry but sell a different product, so therefore I chose the real estate industry.”

What differentiates you from other realtors?
I am a full-time agent and I am always available to my clients. Communication is very important to me.

What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house?
First get pre-approved from a reputable lender. Then select an agent that will work for you in negotiating a home. Make sure you look in your price range and do not go out of your comfort zone.
